Hi, I’m Emma

I’m a paediatric occupational therapist and the founder of Play & Thrive Collective. I support children to develop skills, find supportive strategies and take part more fully in the everyday activities that are meaningful to them and their families.

My approach is warm, collaborative and neuro-affirming. Sessions draw on children’s interests and strengths while remaining goal-directed and connected to daily life.

I value working alongside parents, carers, educators and the wider therapy team. This helps everyone build a shared understanding of the child and use practical supports consistently across home, education and community settings.
